Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Playgroup Leader to manage and facilitate engaging play sessions for young children in Kimberley. This role involves creating a fun, safe, and interactive environment where children can develop through play, social interaction, and guided activities. You will be responsible for planning and leading sessions that cater to the developmental needs of children aged (Specify Age Range, e.g., 2-4 years). Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and lead stimulating playgroup sessions for young children.
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and participation.
Facilitate activities that promote children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Observe children's engagement and development, providing positive reinforcement and support.
Maintain communication with parents regarding session activities and children's participation.
Requirements Previous experience working with young children in a playgroup, nursery, or similar setting.
Understanding of early childhood development principles and play-based learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan and lead engaging activities for groups of young children.
First Aid or Child Protection certification is advantageous.
