Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management & Advisory Build strong relationships with new and existing clients by providing personalized insurance advice tailored to their needs.
Conduct thorough coverage reviews and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure clients are adequately protected.
Sales & Business Development Achieve individual sales and growth targets by identifying new opportunities and actively prospecting leads.
Promote and cross-sell additional products and services by developing a strong understanding of the organization’s full offering.
Book Management & Retention Manage and grow an assigned Personal Lines book of business, ensuring high retention through proactive service and communication.
Review policies, process renewals,
and address cancellations while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Policy Placement & Administration Place coverage with appropriate markets and manage all related documentation and day-to-day processing.
Support Autopac transactions and ensure timely, efficient handling of client requests and policy changes.
Team Collaboration & Service Excellence Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience and maintain high service standards.
Contribute to a positive team environment while supporting overall branch and organizational goals.
Qualifications Education & Experience: Experience managing a Personal Lines book of business preferred
Post-secondary education is considered an asset
Technical Skills: Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License
Experience with Autopac and familiarity with EPIC considered an asset
Exposure to other lines of insurance (Farm, Commercial, etc.) is an asset
Key Competencies: Strong communication skills with a client-first, consultative approach
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a positive and adaptable attitude
