Your newpany We are working with an established real estate organization in Vancouver to recruit a Property Leasing Coordinator to join their residential property team.

They provide rental housing within a unique,munity-focused environment and place a strong emphasis on delivering a high level of service to their residents.

Your new role Responding to leasing inquiries by phone, email and in person Following up with prospective residents regarding availability and waitlists Conducting suite viewings and building tours Building strong relationships with prospective and existing residents Supporting the preparation and administration of new lease agreements Tracking lease expiry dates, vacancies and applicant information Maintaining accurate leasing activity and property records Updating information and accounting-related forms within Yardi Coordinating with internal teams regarding applications and housing requirements Assisting with parking and storage administration Providing information to management on leasing activity,



housing trends and resident needs Participating in regular operations and marketing meetings Providing general administrative support to the Property Manager and wider team What you'll need to succeed 1–2+ years of experience within property management, residential leasing and/or a sales-focused environment Strong customer service experience, with hospitality experience is also highly valued A natural people person with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills A proactive, customer-focused and sales-minded approach Strong written and verbal Englishmunication skills Positive organizational and office administration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up consistently Professional and confident phone and in-person manner Strong Microsoft Office skills Yardi experience would be an asset What you'll get in return Performance-based bonus Generous employer RRSP contribution 3 weeks’ vacation to start Wellness and transportation benefits Paid parking available Employer-paid mobile phone A strong overall benefits package Opportunity to grow your career within an established real estate organization
