Job Summary: The Scrum Master will lead Agile teams by facilitating Scrum practices, coaching team members, and ensuring efficient project delivery within a Dev

Ops environment.

This role requires strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with Dev

Ops tools and cloud technologies to bridge development and operations teams effectively.

Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on Agile project methods and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Prepare and deliver training sessions on project delivery methodologies.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between Agile teams and product owners.

Lead Agile ceremonies and support team self-organization and continuous improvement.

Mentor and coach teams to remove impediments and resolve conflicts.

Capture feedback, document sprint reviews, and monitor Agile metrics to enhance team performance.

Manage product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners, ensuring prioritization and readiness of work items.

Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and business analysis frameworks.

Hands-on experience with Dev

Ops tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience leading Agile teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Proficiency in backlog management and requirements gathering.

Effective communication, facilitation, negotiation,



and conflict resolution skills.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Desired Skills: Advanced certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

Experience in regulated industries like finance or healthcare.

Background in software development to enhance technical communication.

Project methodology certifications including Agile Coach and Lean Six Sigma belts.

Rated Criteria: Educational qualifications and certifications (40%).

Ops experience (20%).

Scrum and Agile expertise, business process modeling, and backlog management (20%).

Proven backlog management experience collaborating with Product Owners.
