Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electrical, or computer engineering, or a related technical field.
At least five years of microwave transport network engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with Ceragon microwave products.
Demonstrated experience planning, designing, integrating, and troubleshooting microwave transport networks.
Experience supporting Tier-1 telecom operators and large-scale wireless transport deployments.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications Ceragon technical certification CCNA or CCNP IP/MPLS or transport network certification Day-to-Day Responsibilities Plan end-to-end microwave networks for recent sites, expansions, and modernization programs.
Produce detailed microwave designs using Pathloss and other industry-standard tools.
Resolve microwave link performance issues, alarms, connectivity failures, and capacity constraints.
Coordinate frequency assignments and regulatory licensing.
