Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join their project immediately and will run for 18 months with possibility of an extension.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or change management, along with demonstrated experience supporting training in large-scale change or transformation programs.

This will be a fully work from home setting.

Key Responsibilities: Build and execute a clear global training strategy and master calendar.

Partner with regional teams to adapt content, processes, and timelines for local needs.

Coordinate end-to-end training rollouts, from planning through post-launch feedback.





Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues across time zones.

Ensure consistent alignment between global vision and local execution at every stage.

Maintain meticulous documentation of decisions, actions, and progress.

Track milestones and provide regular, transparent updates to all stakeholders.

Gather and incorporate regional feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and must be able to travel internationally, as needed.
