Job Description This is a unique prospect to be part of a tight-knit collaborative team, you will assist palliative patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
You will support patients, families and caregivers –enhancing quality of life, comfort, dignity and security in patients’ end of life journey.
All direct patient care activities will be performed under the direction of an Integrated Care Program Supervisor who is a nurse.
