Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Business analyst to provide targeted support to maintain service levels across legacy and operational applications to allow capacity during a Salesforce CRM transition.

This role provides business analysis and operational support across Salesforce transition activities, legacy applications, release coordination, QA validation, and incident management.

The engagement supports ongoing operations for existing platforms during a major transformation initiative.

Contract, Remote, 12 month, Working Hours: EST Reliability Status clearance eligibility or active clearance Must Haves 7+ years in Business Analysis within the IT space for operational support Business analysis experience in complex enterprise environments with legacy tools Experience with operational and application support for multiple enterprise systems concurrently, including incident management, environment monitoring,



change execution support, system health checks, and routine maintenance tasks Experience supporting QA activities, release planning, and validation activities in regulated or controlled environments Experience with ADO, Microsoft Copilot, or modern productivity and delivery tools Nice to Have Depth beyond the minimum requirements listed in the Must Have requirements Experience in banking, finance, or insurance domain Siebel CRM, Oracle, OBI, UCM, OEDQ, Loqate Responsibilities Document business requirements and translate them into user stories Support backlog grooming and prioritization activities Conduct impact assessments for releases and system changes Perform application monitoring across legacy tools Conduct incident triage, root cause identification, and resolution activities Assist with release deployments and production validations Support Salesforce integration, capability mapping, and data migration coordination
