Northern Gateway Public Schools invites applications for a Full time (1.0 FTE) Teacher at Pat Hardy Elementary School in Whitecourt, Alberta Successful candidate responsibilities: Teaching Grade 2 Teacher requirements/assets:A student-centered approach to instruction and teacher-student relationships Effective organizational and classroom management skills

An ability to design and implement differentiated instruction based on students' needsA commitment to collaborative practice and teamworkA belief in the power of positive relationships with parents

Application of child development and learning progressions in the classroom

Commitment to intentional and effective teaching practices to promote engagement and mastery in learning for students

An eagerness for continuous professional growth





An ability to utilize technology as an instructional tool Must have a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate Start Date: Duties will commence August 26, 2025Application Process: Email a cover letter and resume, including three (3) current professional references and most recent teacher evaluation to: Anne Martens, Principal,Pat Hardy Elementary School
