THE HEALTHCARE INITIATIVE Where Talent Meets Opportunity Licensed Clinical Psychologist ~ Outpatient Rocky Mountain Region A mission-driven behavioral health organization is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join its outpatient care team.

This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful clinical services while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that supports both clinic- and community-based programs.

Position Highlights ✔️ Salary Range: $115K$145K annually (DOE) ✔️ Full-time, benefited role ✔️ Outpatient-focused clinical practice ✔️ Team-oriented, team-based care environment ✔️ Opportunity to provide supervision to doctoral interns What Youll Do Conduct clinical interviews, psychological assessments, and diagnostic evaluations Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with providers across disciplines to coordinate care Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation Participate in team meetings, professional development,
