POSITION DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent with a strong background in earthworks, site development, road construction, and heavy civil operations.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on field leadership and oversee the safe, productive execution of civil construction activities, with particular emphasis on large-scale earthmoving, excavation, material handling, trucking logistics, and site preparation.

The ideal candidate has practical experience leading crews and equipment in challenging field environments and understands the coordination required between excavation, load-haul-dump operations, dump management, road construction, aggregate processing, quarry operations, and trucking.

Experience with slope stabilization, geohazard mitigation, ground improvement, or other specialized civil/geotechnical work is considered an asset.

Project locations include Alberta and British Columbia, but may extend to other regions as required.
