Job Description The Grocery Lead serves as the liaison between the Grocery team members, Assistant Store Operations Manager, and Store Operations Manager to ensure that merchandise is properly stocked and displayed attractively across Eataly’s retail department.
The Grocery Lead promotes exceptional guest service on the retail team, using interpersonal skills and product knowledge to drive sales and improve guest satisfaction.
Reports to the Store Operations Manager.
Stocks, rotates and faces products according to department procedure and merchandizing standards Collaborates with the Warehouse team to maintain proper stock levels, organizing back stock and warehouse storage effectively and efficiently Follows order and inventory procedures; places orders and
