Collaborating with facilities management teams, your role is essential in promoting energy efficiency across City properties. Evaluate current technologies, monitor utility bills, and communicate findings to enhance energy performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop city-wide utility budget forecasts quarterly
• Analyze large datasets for energy performance insights




• Investigate utility billing discrepancies with stakeholders
• Monitor energy consumption trends in City facilities
• Communicate energy conservation opportunities to staff
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in energy and utility management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL skills
• Experience with utility bills management
• Knowledge of energy management standards and practices
