Job Title: Technical Program Manager - Cybersecurity & Trust Job Location: 100% Remote - Canada Job Type: T4 Contract Experience: 4 to 7 Years Rate: CAD 50 - 55 per hour Role Summary: Near

Source is looking for a Technical Program Manager to support cybersecurity and Trust integration activities across mergers and acquisitions.

The role combines technical program management with practical cybersecurity and technology risk expertise to drive successful integration of acquired products and teams into established Trust programs.

The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Security, Privacy, Risk, Engineering, and Product while translating technical findings and requirements into actionable plans, decisions, and remediation activities.

Key Responsibilities Lead Trust integration activities across multiple acquisitions, including project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables.

Coordinate cross-functional activities across Security, Privacy, Risk, Engineering, Product, and acquired-company teams.

Support cybersecurity and Trust assessments by gathering information, documenting findings, identifying gaps, and coordinating follow-up activities.

Translate security findings and requirements into clear priorities, remediation plans, owners, and timelines.

Track security risks, vulnerabilities, remediation commitments, and other Trust integration activities through completion.

Facilitate technical working sessions, status meetings, and decision-making discussions across business and technical stakeholders.

Identify blockers, risks, and dependencies and drive them toward resolution or appropriate escalation.

Maintain accurate program documentation and provide concise status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.





Guide acquired teams through applicable Trust and security requirements.

Analyze program challenges and identify opportunities to improve Trust M&A; processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Drive progress across teams without direct authority by establishing accountability, maintaining visibility, and following through on commitments.

Must-Have Skills 4+ years of experience in project management, program management, cybersecurity, technology risk, or a combination of these areas.

Experience managing cross-functional technical projects involving engineering, security, or technology teams.

Working knowledge of cybersecurity and technology risk concepts, including vulnerability management, application security, cloud security, and security risk assessment.

Ability to understand technical security findings and translate them into actionable project activities, risks, and decisions.

Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to influence stakeholders and drive progress across teams without direct authority.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to operate effectively in an environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.





Nice-to-Have Skills Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, technology integrations, or similar cross-functional initiatives.

Experience supporting cybersecurity assessments, risk assessments, vulnerability management, or security remediation activities.

Familiarity with application security, cloud or SaaS security, Sec

Ops, or Dev

SecOps concepts.

Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based products and engineering teams.

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, or similar project management tools.

Security, risk, or project management certifications are a plus.
