This is more than a traditional accounting role.

The Controller will have the opportunity to dig into financial operations, strengthen processes and internal controls, and provide leaders with the financial insight they need to make thoughtful decisions.

Just as importantly, this person will be a partner across the organization and a leader to the accounting and finance team. A Few Highlights: Lead day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting Oversee GAAP, grant accounting, internal controls, audits, and compliance Work closely with Revenue Cycle to support accurate billing, collections, and reimbursement reporting Partner with organizational leaders on financial decisions and strategic initiatives Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and financial operations Lead, mentor,



and develop the accounting and finance team $140,000-$190,000, DOE Full-time | Monday

Friday What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of accounting or finance experience 5+ years of leadership experience Healthcare organization experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and grant accounting CPA, CMA, CHFP, or CSAF preferred Public accounting, federal awards, and/or Sage experience is a plus Location: Located in a beautiful part of the Rocky Mountain Region , this area offers a great mix of outdoor recreation, natural beauty, and an active community.
