As part of the Sustainability and Citizenship team, you will coordinate programs and partnerships essential for community engagement. Your expertise in social impact will foster relationships with community organizations and manage internal initiatives that align with CGL's mission. Your cutting-edge mindset will directly influence the effectiveness of these programs, making a real difference in society.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with community organizations and partners
• Coordinate citizenship-related initiatives across departments




• Engage employees through volunteering and community activities
• Evaluate program effectiveness and social impact
• Support communication on citizenship initiatives

Requirements:
• University degree in a related field
• 3-5 years experience in social impact or partnership development
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the social impact sector in Canada
