This full-time position offers an opportunity for a Registered Practical Nurse to work within a supportive intergenerational community. You will implement AgeCare policies, liaise with physicians, and provide direction to Personal Support Workers. Your nursing expertise in geriatric or long-term care will play a vital role in meeting residents’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement AgeCare policies and procedures on the unit
• Liaise with physicians and health care team members
• Notify physician of changing resident statuses




• Provide direction to Personal Support Workers
• Participate in shift reports with the health care team

Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence from Ontario's College of Nurses
• Knowledge of relevant nursing acts and regulations
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Commitment to maintaining professional standards
• Experience within rehabilitation or nursing administration
