About the Role TheCremeriaDispatcher provides prompt and courteous service to customers byfillingtheir orders in thecremeria seafood and meat departments This role ensures fresh properly rotated productsmaintainsclean and presentable displays and supports department operations while following Vallartas standards for food safety sanitation and honesty

Ensure all products are fresh and rotated according to company guidelines
Promote sales through suggestive selling
Use slicers knives and other tools safely following department safety policies
Maintain clean organized and presentable display cases and counters
Stock and fillcremeriadisplay cases and coolers asrequired
Transport productsto coolers storage areas and worktables
NotifyCremeriaLead when supplies or products are needed
Monitor case temperatures and report discrepancies
Gain complete knowledge of allcremeria seafood and meat products and their uses
Apply meticulous cleaning and sanitation practices;assistin department sanitation
Respond to customer requests ensuring honesty in packaging weighing and pricing
Use correct codes for packages tocomply withstate laws of weights and measures
Work safely being aware of coworkers and customers safety
Treat coworkers and customers with respect; avoid profanity or offensive behavior
Follow food safety and health code regulations personal hygiene and dress code
Abide by company policies and the Employee Handbook
