Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Reliability Clearance, 10+ years) to deliver requirements and user stories for a Grants and Contributions system Join a public sector initiative supporting the modernization of a major Grants and Contributions system.
The role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements, writing detailed user stories, and supporting application development initiatives aligned with new regulatory changes.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with development and UX teams in an Agile workplace to define and document the business processes driving program success.

Public - GOC - Remote Must Haves Reliability Clearance currently valid 10+ years as a Business Analyst supporting application development and regulatory change initiatives Hands-on with Agile/SCRUM settings Collaboration with UX and development teams on solution design and requirements alignment Nice to Have Experience supporting Grants and Contributions or similar public funding programs Azure Dev
Ops for backlog management in Agile Responsibilities Consult stakeholders individually and in group sessions to identify comprehensive business requirements Facilitate meetings such as brainstorming, backlog refinement, and planning sessions with clients and development teams Write user stories with acceptance criteria to capture client and stakeholder needs Produce process flow, swim lane, context, and status diagrams to illustrate required features Analyze the current and future state of business processes with clients to document “as is” and “to be” views Work on Agile SCRUM teams to support the Product Owner in populating and refining the Product Backlog
