Title: Senior Manager- Global Supplier Management, Corporate Real estate Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Duration: + Months Daily Responsibilities: Lead ongoing management of CRE's Service Partners globally in accordance with Supplier Management & Governance Framework.

Manage contract deliverables including timely reporting, KPI adherence validation, and periodic audits.

Act as CRE Subject Matter Expert providing leadership and training to Regional Service Area Leads.

Lead resolution of supplier-related audit or operational risk issues.

Partner with CoEs and Regional Leads on Project Summit implementation.

Assist with performance issues and escalations from CRE Service Lines.

Must have skills: At least years of Corporate Real Estate,



Supplier Management and/or Contract Management experience Excellent project management skills Superior Relationship Management skills Superior Negotiation and Influencing decisions skills Proficiency in writing and reviewing contract Proficiency with Power
