- 5 sick days - 5 personal days Responsibilities - Responsible for the pickup and delivery of freight to customer locations - Timely and productive dispatch to ensure that a high service is maintained - Planning and execution of line haul movements both outbound and inbound - Maintain discipline with our contractors and agents - Communicate with drivers at defined intervals to manage service expectations and identify problems - Track and trace of intermodal units via CP rail and CN rail portals - Resolve and respond accordingly to calls from customers as well as the customer service groupo - Monitor assets to ensure that equipment is utilized - Work with operations team in respectful manner Qualifications College Diploma, preferable related to Transportation & Logistics, an asset Minimum 1-year work experience in related field.

Experience with Truckmate is an asset Customer Service oriented and personable.
