You will work closely with business teams, technical teams, project managers,



product teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and help translate them into transparent and actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and objectives.

Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Create process flows, business documentation, functional specifications and user guides.

Collaborate with project managers, Product Owners, developers, QA teams and business stakeholders.

Participate in meetings, requirement workshops, backlog refinement and project planning activities.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning and defect tracking.

Assist with data analysis, reporting and validation activities.

Track requirements, project dependencies, issues and action items.

Prepare business reports, presentations and stakeholder updates.
