You will engage cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to elevate quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and improve quality metrics like DPU and FPY
• Develop and maintain Control Plans with cross-functional teams
• Analyze quality metrics and conduct weekly KPI reviews




• Lead manufacturing quality improvement initiatives and CAPA activities
• Implement advanced quality engineering practices and digital technologies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
• 8+ years in assembly and fabrication manufacturing
• 5+ years in quality engineering roles
• Strong skills in GD&T; and root cause analysis
• Experience with ISO 9001 compliance
