Join Tla’amin Child Development Resource Centre as an Early Childhood Educator. This casual on-call position allows you to foster a love of learning in a diverse environment.

You will play a key role in planning age-appropriate activities that reflect Tla’amin culture at the Child Development Resource Centre. By focusing on individual needs, you will help shape a positive developmental journey for children while maintaining effective communication with families. Participate actively in a supportive team that prioritizes the safety and well-being of the children.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and facilitate enriching programs for children
• Monitor children’s safety during activities
• Communicate effectively with parents about their children's progress




• Keep comprehensive records of children’s development
• Collaborate within a team setting for program delivery

Requirements:
• Completed Early Childhood Education program
• Experience in licensed childcare settings is an asset
• Knowledge of ɬaʔamɩn culture preferred
• Valid Criminal Record Check required
• First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
