Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Position Overview
Experience

Minimum five years of experience working as a Physician Assistant or Clinical Assistant.

Management or leadership or administrative experience and/or training is preferred.

Teaching experience is preferred.

Certification/Licensure/Registration

Eligible for registration as a Physician Assistant or Clinical Assistant with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM).

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.





Ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to lead and work with diverse groups.

Demonstrated strategic problem-solving and decision-making skills.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
