Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises
• Manage access to the building for clients and visitors

• Document security events accurately for reporting
• Assist in de-escalating conflicts and liaise with emergency services

Requirements:
• Valid security guard license in Ontario
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Knowledge of provincial regulations and safety standards
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Experience in community services or social services
