Join Valard Construction as a Class 1A Licensed Operator based in Unity, SK. Engage in the operation, maintenance, and construction of electric distribution systems, ensuring safety and compliance.

We are seeking experienced operators with Class 1A licenses for a Monday–Friday schedule. You will be responsible for transporting materials and equipment, conducting safety inspections, and adhering to regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience in electric distribution support and the drive to progress to full Class 1A Operator positions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Transport equipment and materials to job sites
• Secure and unload equipment following regulations
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and logbooks




• Navigate various terrains, including off-road situations
• Assist with distribution work like material handling and traffic control

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1A licence with clean driver’s record
• Proven equipment transport experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Pass Drug and Alcohol Test upon hiring
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
