Personal Lines Insurance Broker (Level 1) – Ponoka OR Lacombe, Alberta
Our Client is looking for a Level 1 Insurance Broker to join their Ponoka, Alberta office. This role is ideal for individuals with foundational insurance knowledge who value exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a smaller office, they offer a unique opportunity to learn and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced Level 2 brokers. Key Responsibilities Process auto and personal lines transactions efficiently
Conduct policy renewal reviews with clients,



ensuring they understand their current coverages and available options
Provide expert advice and guidance to help clients make informed insurance decisions
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally
Perform general office and administrative duties as needed
What We’re Looking For Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Level 1 General Insurance License (or actively working towards it)
Will consider newly licensed candidates ; 1+ year of industry experience preferred if not yet licensed
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word ; experience with Applied Systems is an asset
