Ensure TD systems correctly reflect key terms and conditions of credit agreements and other documentation for the assigned portfolio, with respect to data integrity;
Assist the Director, Commercial National Accounts in the preparation of marketing materials by structuring competitive proposals while maintaining a balanced view of risk and growth;

Strong attention to detail with the ability to exercise judgement to identify, diagnose and resolve problems within TD's policies and risk appetite;
Experience handling complex financial models would be an asset;
Experience with large accounts and/or syndicated financing would be an asset;
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (origination team, support team, clients, legal counsel, financial advisors etc.);
