This casual RPN role involves providing nursing care in a retirement home. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and meet health needs for residents. Shift times are 7am to 3pm or 1pm to 9pm on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic nursing care in a retirement home setting
• Conduct initial assessments for recent resident applications
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Administer medications and participate in falls prevention
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings
Requirements:
• Current registration with the CNO
• Experience in a retirement home is an asset
• Infection control experience preferred
• Valid CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
