**How to thrive in this role?**
You hold a university degree in a related field, preferably in Project Management, and possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
Experience in Program Management and Change Management within the aviation industry is considered a solid asset.
You have a solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
You possess excellent organizational, time management, and self-management skills.
You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power
Point, Power BI, and Microsoft Project.
You demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
You are customer-focused and innovative in problem-solving.
You are open-minded and have a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
