Production Supervisor – Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations at a growing production facility in Tonawanda. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on manufacturing leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and ensuring production goals are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of manufacturing experience and strong supervisory experience, preferably within a made‑to‑order manufacturing environment. This person should be a strong leader who can effectively manage people, production schedules, workflow, quality, safety, and productivity in a fast‑paced setting. What You'll Do

Lead, supervise, and develop a team of production employees Coordinate daily workflow and allocate labor to meet production goals Develop and monitor daily production schedules Track work orders, labor, materials, quality, safety,



and on‑time delivery Monitor production performance and key performance indicators Review production reports and follow up on issues or discrepancies Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to employees Manage attendance and address employee performance concerns Troubleshoot equipment and production issues and coordinate with maintenance as needed Monitor equipment, materials, and labor utilization Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment Participate in workplace inspections and incident investigations Support employee recruiting, onboarding, and training Communicate production updates and issues to management Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Why Consider This Opportunity?
