• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care plans
• Perform clinical assessments and accurate documentation
• Administer medications and treatments per regulations

• Respond to medical emergencies and significant changes in residents

Requirements:
• Current Ontario RPN registration
• Experience in senior care settings preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
