We're partnered with a growing, hospitality-focused restaurant group looking for an experienced Chef to lead the culinary team and drive the day‑to‑kitchen operation.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading all day-to-day culinary operations and ensuring a consistently high standard of execution
- Creating a positive kitchen culture built around teamwork, accountability, and hospitality
- Coaching and mentoring team members while identifying and developing future culinary leaders
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and cleanliness
- Managing food costs,



inventory, ordering, labour, and other controllable expenses
- Supporting menu execution and ongoing development of culinary skills across the team

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience leading a culinary team in a busy, full-service restaurant
- Robust understanding of food cost, inventory, labour, ordering, and scheduling
- Proven leadership skills with a genuine passion for developing people
- High standards for food quality and consistency
- Energetic, positive, and hands‑on leadership style
- Someone who takes ownership and wants to continue growing their career
