Encircle is hiring a senior product/UX designer to own a complex product area end‑to‑end. You’ll work with four designers across five squads handling the full restoration workflow, from first notice of loss to completion, within a remote‑first setup with a Kitchener hub. You’ll ship across Web, Mobile, and Tablet, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering while shaping our design system and mentoring teammates.
