Schedule: 8-12 Hours shift (Morning, afternoon & nights)

We are currently hiring Security Guards for Class A buildings who are dedicated, well-trained, and ready to represent one of the city’s leading names in security excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patrolling and Property Surveillance

- Conduct regular patrols of all critical zones — entrances, parking areas, stairwells, and restricted access points.
- Ensure security systems and alarm panels are functional.
- Maintain visibility to deter theft, vandalism,



and unauthorized access.

2. Access Control & Visitor Management

- Manage tenant and visitor entry points with professionalism and courtesy.
- Verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access logs.
- Support concierge and front-desk operations to uphold a high standard of service.

3. Monitoring CCTV and Security Systems

- Operate and monitor surveillance systems, ensuring swift detection and response to unusual activity.
- Collaborate with property management teams and emergency services as required.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and safety hazards.
- Follow emergency protocols during fire, evacuation, or medical incidents.
- Document all incidents clearly in daily activity reports.

5. Customer Service & Professional Conduct

- Greet and assist tenants, staff, and visitors courteously.
- Address minor issues or concerns efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Represent West Egg Security’s core values of integrity, reliability, and respect.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (MUST HAVE)
- Minimum 1 year of security experience (commercial, Concierge or Customer Service preferred)
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Strong observation and situational awareness
- Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service
- Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
- Availability for varied shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
