This role emphasizes developing expertise in audits, bookkeeping, and financial reporting while adhering to international and Canadian accounting standards. You will work closely with clients, managing multiple files and providing comprehensive financial assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop skills in compilations, reviews, and audits
• Apply knowledge of IFRS and GAAP consistently
• Manage client files and conduct inventory counts
• Summarize financial status through detailed reporting
• Review and correct discrepancies in financial documents
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration
• Completion towards CPA Professional Education Program
• Prior accounting-related experience preferred
• Customer service experience considered an asset
• Experience with accounting software advantageous
