In this role, you will coordinate activities for the System Safety Review Panel (SSRP) while developing essential documentation. You'll have a vital part in managing the meeting calendar, records, and report generation that supports Metrolinx's assurance regime. Your technical expertise will streamline operations and enhance safety measures across the new Ontario Line project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain meeting calendars for the Ontario Line SSRP
• Develop and manage formal records and meeting minutes
• Author monthly SSRP reports as required




• Create a tracker for endorsement conditions outlined by the panel
• Liaise with stakeholders across engineering and construction teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Knowledge in systems engineering and project life cycles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant tools
