As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers visiting our service department. You will help schedule appointments, explain recommended maintenance and repairs, provide updates, and ensure every guest has a positive service experience.

What You’ll Do

- Greet service customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Schedule service appointments and manage customer check-ins
- Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle service needs
- Communicate recommended maintenance and repair work clearly
- Provide customers with updates throughout the service process
- Coordinate with technicians and the service team




- Review completed work and invoices with customers
- Support a smooth, efficient, and customer-first service experience
