What You'll Do

- Set up, clean and oil forms for wall and flat panels
- Place rebar, mesh, embeds, insulation and lifting hardware from shop drawings
- Check dimensions and hardware locations before concrete placement
- Pour, vibrate and finish concrete Strip, patch and finish panels to quality standards
- Safely move materials and products using cranes and forklifts
- Help maintain a clean, organized and secure workplace

What We're Looking For

- Experience in precast concrete, construction, formwork, rebar or related trades




- Ability to read a tape measure and basic shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Reliable, safety-oriented and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

Assets

- Overhead crane or forklift experience
- Concrete finishing, formwork or rebar experience
- CSTS, WHMIS or other safety training
