Job Title: Data Collector

Department: Quality QA

Job Responsibilities:

- Lift up to 40 lbs and move finished steel parts from the line to a jig.
- Weigh the dimensions of the part using the relevant measuring device and machine.
- Inspect the parts and record the information.
- Upload the recorded information into a database.
- If the database is unavailable, report the issue to the supervisor.

Daily Duties:

1. Part data collection.
2. Download parts data.
3. Identify change points and notify the appropriate associate.

Additional Information:

- Note: Overtime is mandatory on certain Saturdays.
- Shifts are as follows:
- Day shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Afternoon shift: 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM
- Friday afternoon shift: 4:30 PM - 12:00 AM
