This is a long-term prospect in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Our client designs and manufactures specialized commercial transportation equipment. The ideal candidate will have long-term experience in a similar production or manufacturing role. We are looking for candidates who can interview as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
- Move raw materials and finished items by hand or using equipment.
- Check, weigh, sort, and package products.
- Help machine operators and keep the workspace clean and safe.
- Pack finished products and build skids for shipment.
- Lift 50lbs regularly throughout your shift.
- Perform other labour tasks as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment required.
- Experience with hand and measurement tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, measuring tape, box cutters, and power tools.
- Comfortable lifting 50lbs repetitively.
- CSA Safety Shoes required.
- Must be willing to provide a criminal record search.
