What You’ll Do

- Meet with families, listen deeply, and uncover the stories that matter most.
- Discern and recommend meaningful ceremony options — readings, music, rituals, or creative elements — tailored to each family.
- Design and officiate personalized ceremonies that celebrate life and provide healing.
- Have confidence in making changes as required to ensure that the Celebration of Life meets the needs of the family.
- Coordinate with funeral directors and service providers to ensure smooth experiences.
- Prepare keepsake copies of ceremonies for families to treasure.

MINIMUM Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong listening, empathy, and discernment skills.
- Comfort in both indoor and outdoor environments; ability to officiate ceremonies in varied conditions.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed.

Experience

- Familiar with company guidelines, procedures and policies




- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong listening, empathy, and discernment
- Comfort in both indoor and outdoor environments; ability to officiate ceremonies in diverse conditions
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed.

- Strong problem solving skills Ability to recognize and respond to the differing management needs of individuals

Work Conditions

- Frequent standing and sitting for extended periods.
- Local travel between service locations.
- Professional dress required when serving families.

- 23$ + Event Bonus
