Contribute to patient rehabilitation with UHN as a part time Social Worker specializing in Spinal Cord Injury. Support individual and group therapies while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

The successful candidate in this temporary part-time role will join the Spinal Cord Rehab Program at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute. Responsibilities include implementing therapeutic interventions, maintaining up-to-date patient records, and developing individualized care plans.

Engage in community outreach efforts while promoting overall health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in intake and transitional care processes
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Maintain comprehensive patient documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary health teams
- Develop therapeutic programs based on clinical needs

Requirements:

- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- 2+ years of relevant outpatient experience
- Experience with neurological populations preferred
- Certification in CBT and MI preferred
- Active registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers
