What You'll Do

- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to new customers
- Recommend fiber and satellite internet service upgrades
- Identifycustomer needs using a consultative sales approach
- Build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service
- Handle objections professionally and confidently ask for the sale
- Meet quality,productivityand sales goals




- Accurately document customer interactions

What We're Looking For

- Must be able to speak, read, and understand both English and French fluently
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred
- Outbound callcenteror inside sales experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable high-speed internet with Ethernet connection (Wi‑Fi not supported)
- Mustresidein and be legally authorized to work in Canada
