Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage outbound shipments and transportation schedules based on client orders




- Plan and communicate dispatch schedules with carriers and drivers
- Monitor warehouse inbound/outbound status and report inventory discrepancies
- Respond promptly to issues during transportation (e.g., delays, damages) and provide updates
- Prepare logistics and transportation documents and input data into systems (e.g., BOL, POD)
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams
- Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
- Proficient in English communication (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Diligent, responsible, and reliable work attitude

Preferred Requirements

- Experience with Canadian logistics systems (WMS/TMS)
- Previous experience as a logistics coordinator in manufacturing/automotive industries
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems
