Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their visit
- Prepare food and beverages according to company standards, including sandwiches, baked goods, coffee, and specialty drinks
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas following food safety guidelines
- Assist with food handling, packaging, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow proper sanitation procedures, including food safety practices and kitchen hygiene protocols




- Manage time effectively during shifts to ensure all duties are completed promptly without compromising quality or service

Experience

- Previous experience in food preparation or food service industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and transaction processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment or quick-service setting is a plus
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail in serving and food prep tasks
