HIRING: Filipino HCA / Caregiver – North Edmonton

YEG Home Care Services is looking for a Filipino female HCA/Caregiver who is reliable, compassionate, and experienced in home care.

Location: North Edmonton, Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to drive to the client’s home, HCA experience required, Good English communication skills preferred

Duties may include:

- Personal care and hygiene
- Bathing/showering and grooming
- Dressing and toileting assistance
- Incontinence and peri-care
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Medication assistance/reminders as directed
- Meal preparation and meal assistance
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Companionship and emotional support
- Dementia/cognitive support when required
- Monitoring and reporting changes in the client’s condition




- Following the client’s care plan and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Completing required documentation/timesheets
- Other care duties according to the client’s needs

Requirements:

- HCA certificate/experience
- Previous home-care experience is an asset
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be comfortable providing personal care
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Available to work in North Edmonton
