Duties

- Support the kitchen team in food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Help with waste disposal and recycling to keep the kitchen tidy and compliant with health regulations
- Ensure all dishware and kitchen tools are sanitized and stored properly after use
- Assist with basic food service duties like refilling supplies or delivering items within the kitchen area




- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to maintain a clean, safe environment for staff and guests

Experience

- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is highly valued
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, including dishwashing techniques and sanitation practices
