The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Law Clerk who takes pride in providing excellent client service and supporting smooth real estate transactions from start to finish.

The successful candidate will work closely with lawyers, clients, lenders, and other professionals on residential real estate files while managing deadlines and ensuring accuracy throughout each transaction.

Responsibilities

- Manage residential real estate files from opening through closing
- Prepare and review real estate documents and correspondence
- Coordinate closing requirements with clients, lenders, and other parties
- Maintain accurate file records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients and external contacts




- Provide day-to-day support to the legal team

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk
- Knowledge of residential real estate transactions and procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a busy environment
- Experience with Teraview and legal practice software is an asset
